I made a payment by bank transfer, what should I do?

Wait until we send you an invoice by email, as the e-shop is not connected to our business system. It could happen that your payment does not match the invoice and therefore it will not be possible to send you the goods - this will only be possible after manually finding the payment and linking it to the invoice. This will unnecessarily extend the delivery date of the shipment.
With the exception of weekends and holidays, the advance invoice is usually issued and sent on the day of the order.

Is it possible to pick up the order in person at your location in Valtířov?

If your order is ready for pickup (you have received an information email), you can come and pick up the goods. It is open for customers from 8:00 to 15:00 every working day. If the times do not suit you, you can make an appointment by phone: 607 239 898 or 724 738 198 or by e-mail info@easypoint.cz. Sometimes we work on weekends and sometimes until the evening :o)

I did not receive the instructions for use from you..

Yes, it can happen, we are only human. If this happened, write to us, we will send it to you immediately by post or email.

How long can I expect the shipment?

If everything is in stock and the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the package is usually delivered on the second working day (applies only within the Czech Republic and for commercial parcel types). For a regular package, the delivery time from dispatch should not exceed 3 working days (valid only within the Czech Republic).
If the goods are currently out of stock, we apologize in advance. It is possible that some items will be out of stock faster than we expect. You will always be informed immediately or another alternative will be suggested to you. Thank you for your understanding.

How should I care for the textile and its print?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has already been made, it is not possible to cancel the order. By placing an order, you are committing to its completion. The exception is designs made by us - iron-on transfers. Here, if your order has been packed and ready for shipment (not shipped), you can change your order free of charge. Just inform us on tel. 724 738 198 or 607 239 898 or by email info@dumtricek.cz, which products you want to add, remove or otherwise change.
If you want to combine a new order with a previous or undelivered order, please include the previous order number in the notes. If you do not inform us, it is possible that in the flood of orders the shipping department will not notice your two orders and two shipments will be sent to you and you will pay two amounts for shipping unnecessarily.

I am bothered by advertising messages from you, can I cancel them?

Yes, of course it is possible, just send your request to the address: info@easytextil.cz

How should I proceed with a complaint?

I did not have time to pick up the shipment, is it possible to send it again?

Yes, that can also happen. If this situation occurs, call us at 724 738 198 or 607 238 989 or write to info@easytextil.cz and we will resend the shipment to you. Unfortunately, you will be charged the same postage as in the first order.

The size I ordered doesn't fit me...

Of course, an exchange is possible. Send the goods that don't fit you in size in their original condition, including the packaging, by regular or insured mail (never cash on delivery) to the establishment along with a copy of the invoice and an attached note stating what size (larger, smaller, etc.) you wish to exchange the goods for. As soon as the package arrives at our establishment, the exchange is made. We do not charge postage or any other fees for the first exchange. For further exchanges, additional shipping costs will be charged in the same amount as in the first order.
